Did you know that everyone who adores cleaning (and they’re out there) is totally in love with a product from Zoflora? It is HUGE.
Zoflora wanted to celebrate their status with a Brand Commercial that should look ‘like an ad for Parfum de Paris’ instead of a cleaning product. Bring in Gus Filgate and a ballistic team to explode flowers from every direction at a thousand frames per second.
The agency inspiration came from the street-explosion scene in Christopher Nolan’s INCEPTION. Yes of course, you could spend some cash to create this stuff in CGI. Yes of course you could throw some prompts together for petals to float through a fancy interior; but we believe there is someone intangible and special when you decide to do a thing in camera. You discover something unique.
With an intriguing twist on the normal Cleaning Product commercial Zoflora made an advertisement that is a riot of explosive colour as suited to the Champs Elysees, as your cleaning cupboard.
With stunning cinematography and an inventive, clever approach to filming food, freelance food director Gus Filgate shoots top advertising campaigns in London, across Europe and around the world.
